The Statute of Our Generations Augustowiacy Foundation

Section I. General provisions

1 The Foundation under the name “Our Generations Augustowiacy”, hereinafter referred to as the Foundation, operates on the basis of the Act of 6 April 1984 on foundations (Journal of Laws of 1991 No 46, item 203) as well as on the basis of provisions of this Statute.

2 The Foundation was created by Agnieszka Ewa Cuper-Walento, hereinafter referred to as the Founder, by notarial deed made on 14-09-2015 in the Notarial Office of Lucyna Filipczuk in Augustów, ul. Księdza Skorupki 2a – Register A no 3927/2015.
